Has anyone recently used an immigration lawyer to guide them through and prepare the paperwork to make their first NLV to retire to Spain from Scotland .

What were the approximate costs and was it worth it 😁

You have to apply initially for your NLV yourself. You cannot have a third party make the application on your behalf.

Thank you Steve

I may have worded that incorrectly I mean a lawyer preparing paperwork arranging translations dotting the I’s and crossing the t’s.

Hi,

I can understand your concern but it would be a very expensive way to fill in a relatively straightforward application.
