hi there, think this is because im putting vehicle onto spanish plates. one off deal. got both certificates and passed itv today. next stop is traffico and customs to pay import duty and get spanish plates. bob

Hi Bob ,that's probably right. But hoping not required for yearly itv. Already had to have awning, solar panels & satellite dish added to Green document. All to make the motorist give them more cash. ! Cya Bill

Hi, think it's just one off for change to Spanish plates, not every year. Still waiting for itv to be issued as question about no seat belts on rear facing seats but they weren't fitted from new as no place to anchor securely. Cheers. Bob

Hi Bob yes q friend had same problem with rear seatbelts, but his were on from new. . Absolutely ridiculous. I have seek cars go through ITV with poor wiper blades, split ball joint seals & one I repaired after the itv with a split leaky CV joint cover. I have never seen anyone check front fork seals on my motorbikes nor seen them check fork bushes. It's a bit of a farce really ..
