How to correctly fill the form for registering holiday let with Guardia Civil?

I'm registering my apartment with Guardia Civil and I need to fill up this form https://hospederias.guardiacivil.es/_pdfs/gc_formulario_alta.pdf which has REPRESENTANTE LEGAL (Legal Representative) section.
Now, I'm not a spanish resident and visit Spain once/twice a year. Does this legal representative section asks for my information or I leave my keyholder's info there?
What confuses me is that my keyholder acts as a business and in that section, there are fields for a person, such as document ID, First, Last names, date of birth and father/mother info too.
Can anyone, who uses keyholder services, advise on how this form must be filled in?
