Hi, i highly reccomend clima top based in torrevieja, they did our upstairs and downstairs air con in our house also my friend uses them for all his business premises

Reconditioning older ones isn’t worth the hassle, parts will be hard to source and, depending in age, the refrigerant type may now be unobtainable
