Is tax increasing for foreign cars in 2022?

Hi all. I'm referring to new cars here.
Has anyone heard that the tax on buying a new car in Spain, is increasing in 2022?
I am looking at new cars and a dealer has mentioned this to me. They said that even if I order the car in 2021, I would have to pay this tax, as the car would not be delivered until 2022.
Just want to make sure that im not having the wool pulled over my eyes with this - thanks!
**Update** - For anyone who may be in a similar position. I queried this with Carwow Spain and they confirmed the tax increase.
