I am trying to locate the Modelo 210 blank form to complete. I have looked at the previous posts on this and the forms are not for non-residents who do not rent out. I have copies of previous forms, which a company did for us, but they seem to differ from all the forms that are on this website. Any information would be appreciated.

Follow the link supplied by PeterPan. The form you fill in on the website bears no resemblance to the generated Pdf, once you view/print the Pdf you’ll get the 3 pages plus 2 information pages.

Thank you Anne, I noticed it was different, I will have to take the forms to the SUMA as I am not sure how to fill all the form out.

Carol the Suma doesn’t have anything to do with filling out the forms. If you’ve got previous copies of Modelo 210 it’s really easy to follow the form on the website. The Cadastral value is on your IBI property bill from SUMA.
