I have just discovered that on 2nd November my suma €180 went out of my account (no problem) but on the 4th November €1600 called SUMADIRECTO.EJEC went out but no one seems to know what it is. Can anyone enlighten me

At first sight it seems to me to be a scam. Anyway you can retrieve the charge during the 60 days following the date of debit.
