Hi I’m just wondering where is the best company to go to for good pricing on Electricity. We are currently with Iberdrola but I don’t think they are very competitive with their rates.

Hi we have just got our first bill of 37 euros for one month of just a fridge plugged in an empty property! Absolutely unacceptable. Does anyone know of a cheaper supplier?

Hi,
Just a couple of points mention.
1. In Spain, your daily fixed costs are determined by the max number kWs you need, even if you never use this capacity. When we were signed up by our solicitors, this was set to the max. By reducing it, you substantially reduce the fixed cost per month. Be careful though as your supply will trip out if you reduce it to much, and Iberdrola charge you for increasing it again.
2. Our solicitors also signed us for an insurance product which costs about €6 per month. We eventually cancelled this.
