Bought a car in April but now have changed my address in Spain.Just wandering who I'd have to notify to let them know my new address apart from my insurance of course.Thanks.

It may help you to have a look on the N332 website that is for English speaking people and deals with anything to do with driving in Spain. It is run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil and has an English version of the Spanish equivalent of the Highway Code on it.
