Renewing Spanish driving licence
Where do I get the forms to renew my Spanish driving licence?
You shouldn't need the forms. You will need a medical and the ones doing that will do all the paperwork for you. Just look for psicotecnico in your area. There are loads around and charge about 40 euro for the medical, the application and the photo and also issue you a temporary licence to cover you until your new one gets through. If you are under 70 there is also a charge of around 25 euro on top. Over 70s is free and just the medical to pay for.

Lots of stuff here: https://n332.es/?s=Driving%20license%20renewal
The N332 website is for English speaking people. It is run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil and has an English version of the Spanish equivalent of the Highway Code on it.
