Hola we have just had our offer accepted Dreamhills ll and was wondering does anyone know who the URB President is ? The best places to meet other owners. And some tips about buses to Punta Prima and Torrevieja? Thanks in advance

Bus DF start point Torrevieja Eras de La Sal (minigolf) Pick up points Los Altos Viveros/ Calle Sagra 11/111/1V/ Centro Comercial/ Calle Publico Romualdo Ballesteros, ending Rocio Del mar Avenue Las Olas. And vice verser for returning journey to Torrevieja, pay driver 1.55 euros each per trip.

The best place to get to know the members of your community is around the pool, they will also be able to tell you who is the president of your community. Your abrogado will be able to advise who the administrators are, although they might not give you the presidents details until your purchase has been completed.However if your abrogado asks for copies of the last AGM’s, the information is probably on there.
Not sure if your urbanisation has a president, as not all urbanisations have them, but generally any issues you’d raise through your own community or direct to the ayuntamiento. If there is an urbanisation president, then your own community president should have minutes of any meetings held,which again will give you the details of the current urbpresident.
