I saw Dr Papi at Quiron hospital.....we have private health insurance

If you have private medical insurance, refer to the terms and conditions to see how you can be referred and which specialists you can use or just ring your insurer to ask. If you are in the Spanish health system you will need a referral from your GP.

He does, but translators are also part of the service at Quiron.
