WHERE to find friends?

My husband and I are moving to Los Balcones next week from Palma de Mallorca with our 2 small dogs. I am 46yo, Asian American and very active. In Mallorca, I easily found friends via FB, Meetup, GGI, Internations and language exchange groups. I only see Meetup here. FB doesn't seem to have many interests groups. Any other platforms I can explore?
My interests include: language exchange (tú castellano para mi inglés, nivel avanzado), walking, hiking, doggy play dates, aerial silks, roller blading, cooking, eating vegan, live music (jazz, classic, acoustic) and wine.
