I put La Marina in the search box but it returned not recognizing!!

I put San Fulgencio and it returned population around 7800!! As La Marina comes under San Fulgencio region I was surprised to see the total population that low as I was under impression that La Marina Urb alone holds nearly 12000 people

So am I missing something here?
