Hi is it possible to obtain nie card before i live in spain or do i have to wait intil i live there full time thank you , Ray

In many cases it's not even a piece of paper - just an email you have to print.
Get it as soon as you wish, and it's much easier done in the UK.
You can apply for an NIE number as an non resident
