Hi Patrick
We have an account with Sabadell its called the Key Account, they charge you 35 euros a quarter for the account, to pay money in from a UK account people are saying they are charging to receive it now we have move out the EU.

Get u U.K. euro account like starling and transfer in euros and it’s free, I do it all the time

People are now saying that Spanish banks are charging to receive money from Starling account or any accounts with a GB Iban code, I have a Starling Sterling and Euro account although I dont send money to my Sabadell account as I was going to close it when we went out this year as we only opened it to get the bankers draft to purchase our apartment.
People are commenting on being charged 18 euros by Sabadell to receive the money, as I said I haven't transfered anything into my account as my DD's are set up using my Starling euro account although I will be keeping a close look incase I start getting charged for this I dont think this is far away from coming in.
There is an account called the N-27 account which is a on online bank this has a european Iban code if I was you Patrick I would possibly go down this line I am looking into it now, or we may just ditch the current accounts in the UK with Starling and keep the Sabadell account and bite the bullet with the 140 euro charge a year, we can send money via one of the transfer corps once or twice a year to keep the charges down.

Hi I have an account with N26. Free banking, Spanish IBAN, you can set up direct debits, standing orders etc. they issue a debit card. You can use some ATMs for free which you can look for on the ATM locator on the N26 APP. I transfer funds from the Uk with Foremost Currency Group for free and their exchange rate is always very good. I am very impressed with N26 the only thing you can’t do is walk into the bank building as it is all online but then, why would you need to.
