Have friends who use Coys rent a car based in Torrevieja. If you go on their website you'll see the option to pick it up from Alicante airport.

Hi, Depending on when you require a car you could try Coys Rent A Car with offices in Torrevieja and Alicante airport although it's hit and miss if they have any availability as they are very popular.
