Hi, we have a holiday home in Mil Palmeras and stayed for 45 days and left in October, our passport was stamped when we arrived but not stamped when we left. I'm concerned that when we arrive at Alicante how do they know when we left Spain, is it done electronically or picked up on your boarding pass, thanks for any info.

Lots of previous threads about the very same subject. If you do a quick search in the search box, you can spend a good few hours on the same topic.

FCDO advice is to retain your boarding pass.

Next year is should be simpler when the ETIAS visa is in place.
