Hubby likes a bit of fishing. We have a holiday home in El Galan (newbies). Does he need a license or permit to fish in the sea or any lakes. TIA. Any recommendations of good fishing in relation to where we are located too?

For inland waters most watersport shops handle licenses. Licenses for fishing at sea are issued by the respective "Comunidad Autonoma".
