I use this gel to successfully ease nightly leg ramps, but as it not NHS prescribed I am not allowed to carry it in my flight hand luggage Can anyone tell me if it is a vailable from local pharmacies in Moraira please Thank you

A quick search reveals multiple versions of magnesium gel in Spain. Not necessarily your particular brand, but as most Farmacias here also sell all kinds of remedies, your best solution is to go and ask for what you want. Gel de Magnesio.
