Where can I get the medical for a driving licence in the Oliva or Gandia area?

Hi please can anyone recommend a medical clinic where you can get the medical for exchanging a UK driving licence for a Spanish driving licence? The gestor has told my husband that he needs one for a 'professional' licence - ie so he keeps all his categories re driving, ie C1 etc.
we live in a village half way between Ontinyent and Oliva/Gandia so are happy to go in either direction.
