Help with finding one bed property for two weeks

I have found myself able to take a sudden break from next week, and I’m desperately wanting to visit Oliva as haven’t been for a couple of years.

It’s a long shot at this time of year but wondered if anybody on here might be able to help so far as accommodation is concerned.

I’m looking for something self-contained (ability to cook and air-con if possible) but basic for one, from the 4th to the 18th of August.

My preference is within close’ish walking distance of either Pau pi beach or the Paseo but will have a hire car so will consider anywhere close by.

I would appreciate any help anybody can offer please. By the way, my Spanish is poor to say the least!

AirBnB and VRBO now have close to a monopoly on self-catering holiday rentals. Booking.com may also be useful. You are looking for two weeks in the middle of high season at short notice and not starting on a weekend, which will inevitably be hard to find. Looking for two weeks in different properties might give you a wider choice. AirBnB is probably your best option for a small place on a budget, especially if you are willing to stay in part of the owners' home. AirBnB location pins are rarely accurate though, so make sure you know exactly where it is.

Many thanks Gordon, Theres some very good suggestions there but alas can't find anything whatever I do, like I said I knew it was a long shot

Will keep an eye on the last minute cancellations just in case.

Try Oliva casas they sell and rent
