I have a 17 year old VW Passat and spares are not an issue. Try FWR Eurocars near Alicante Airport.

Your specific age range makes little sense but Spain is awash with cars of that sort of vintage for sale, increasingly so with the imminent nationwide introduction of low emission zones which will see them almost universally banned from.
No reason whatsoever to think that spare parts would be a problem, the financial viability of repairs to old bangers is another question of course!
