Hi,

I'm a primary  teacher who work in a state school in Orihuela. For the next course we are looking for English native speaker volunteers to talk to our children (from 9 to 12 years old). Here in Spain, only children who go to private schools have the opportunity to speak to English  native speakers, so , we would like our students to have the same opportunity.  It would be just 2 hours a month (the same day), you don't have to prepare anything. If you are interested or have any questions, let me know or send me a private message.

Regards

Fernando

Hi Fernando

I am a 55 year old English lady living in Albatera and I would be delighted to come and talk with your children at school.  If you send me a private message with your details I will give you a call.

Kind regards

Val Thompson

Hi

I would be interested depending on times and where.

I live in Villamartin, Orihuela Costa, I have two children one aged 16 (year 4 ESO) and the other 11 (year 6 Primary School)

Though I work Monday to Friday 10-3 and I have then the school runs, though the Primary school starting September has gone to the continuous day, finishing at 2.

Hi Cazz,

Thanks for your help, but I think you wont be able to come because you will be working. The time for the activity would be in the morning as students finish school at 2 pm. Anyway Thanks a lot.

This would be a wonderful thing to do. Both me and my husband would be over the moon to have this opportunity. There’s nothing we would rather do than spend time with children!

I think you may be a little late.  This topic is over 4 years old

Was that generic email - a little late and the topic is 4 years old?

That was a bit ruff.  And is it late to have a teacher get help 4 years later. Maybe not with the corona virus.  But I am sure a school would always love free help that is helpful. The children is our future.
