Residencia appointment

Hi.
Does anybody know what's going on with residencia appointments as I thought they were back available but I can't seem to get an appointment

Although they've now removed the recently added selection introduced specifically for UK citizens, the online system still isn't offering appointments, even if you test it as, say, a French citizen.
All I can suggest is a personal visit to a national police station and ask if they can give an appointment.
