Looking for internet provider that I can stop/start when I come to Spain
Any suggestions?

Check digi-movil prepaid services - I pay 8,- mo. flat for unlimited calls and internet.

You could try dvblab
I use Telecable for my TV service which can be switched on and off as required. When its on it costs me around €32-33 per month and when it's off around €7-8.
In the 8 years I've been with them I have had a few issues but they address them quite quickly and that is a good measure of a company.
You can only turn the service on and off in full months.
