Taxis in the area have been problematic since lockdown due to lack of drivers. I've heard a number of people comment on this - including my missus just a few days ago.
You might find it easier to ask your local bar staff to call one for you. Or if you are near La Zenia Boulevard, there are usually taxis waiting at the main entrance/bus stop (when the boulevard is open).
