San Pedro, its the cheapest and not a lot of queuing I did a car from office to getting my ticket 20 minuets, not always that quick.
Car 38.90€.

Early morning and during siesta are usually the quietest times, but if you want to avoid delay, make an online appointment before you go. It's quite satisfying when I go along, present the appointment I've printed out, and am called in to be tested before the other cars that are already waiting there.
