Morning Bus from Playa Flamenca to Torrevieja

Hello, I currently live in Playa Flamenca but was offered a job in Torrevieja which I will be starting soon. I don't drive so I will need to take the bus which I am familiar with but it seems that the buses start a bit later in the morning going in the direction of Torrevieja as I can't seem to find a bus that will get me in on time( I need to be there before 8am)

It can be a little bit difficult to find reliable information on bus timetables online so I wonder does anyone have experience of taking an early bus in the morning or know what is the earliest bus going in the direction of Torrevieja. Thank you!

According to Costa Azul there is one leaves la Zenia boulevard at 0730 to Torrevieja hospital..

Thank you I have seen this too but I need to be in work at 8am in the centre of Torrevieja so that doesn't work for me unfortunately :(

What area of Playa flamenca are you?

If you can get to Rocio del Mar near punta Marina you'll have more options.

There is a bus L1EX that leaves the boulevard and goes by the Big Bus Station in Torrevieja.

If you use Google maps, go to satellite View and go to the area that you will be working in, you'll see little Bus logos on the map, if you click on it, it'll give you the details of where that Bus starts from and the route will show up. It'll be best working back wards and see how close to your starting point you can find a bus.

Sadly playa flamenca hasn't many Bus stops

1st bus ( DF ) from Rocio del Mar is at 7.30 and arrives at 7.55.

8am at the weekend.

Hi but I an 71 and I regularly cycle from Playa Flamenca to Torrevieja in about 15 minutes. If you examine the route you can virtually do it avoiding the main road. I bought my bicycle 2nd hand on line 75e. If you do this option ensure you have a good lock. Good luck. Russell

Thank you for this, I like the idea of working backwards with the bus stops it's actually much easier to find bus routes this way thank you! I am within walking distance from Rocio del Mar so definitely an option too.

Download the Avanza bus App Torrevieja from Playstore and it gives you all the Torrevieja town routes with a map of the bus stops and the expected time of the next bus.
