Climbing plants

Hello Everyone
I have a query, we have purchased a property on the Valencias 11 urbanization near Villamartin golf club. I was thinking of growing climbers such as Jasmin, ivy, honeysuckle so that eventually they will grow and trail against the walls. I am aware that the properties are painted periodically by a property management firm and wanted to know it you are permitted to do this as it may obstruct the painting process. Would appreciate if anyone has any advice as I forgot ask when we initially purchased.
