I'm in playa flamenca just now across from the mercadona the rain was very heavy last night but no flooding you do get a bit on the under pass to the beach but the water is diverted there from main road I have seen the roads like rivers coming out of the commercial centre but it is diverted to the ravine got ankles wet but no issues the sun is out again today

I’m Playa Flamenca to onCalle Parana first time both sides of the dual carriageway were full up no damage to properties water just flows on by, la Florida water flows past here as well la Zenia must be the same, areas like San Pedro Los Alcazeros are liable to flooding, pull up to the local watering holes and speak to everybody good luck hope you enjoy it as much as I have
