On page 2 (Seleccion de Servicio) do we choose option 2 'Certificado digital o cl@ve permanente'?

Hi,
We are Expat Services sponsors of this site.
Digital Certicate is a piece of software that can be installed in any laptop and will give you the highest level of acces, you will also have to download an app in your laptop called "Auto Firma".
Clave Permanente is basicly user and password and no software is downloaded.
We recommend Digital Cerificate to our customers but it is entirely up to you and your needs.
