Can you tell me where I can get European health insurance card ? I am from UK !

You need to apply through the NHS
You’ll need to provide your:
- full name
- address
- date of birth
- National Insurance or NHS number (England and Wales)
- CHI number (Scotland)
- Health and Care number (Northern Ireland)
EHIC doesn’t replace travel insurance.
You’ll have to apply by post and show proof of residency if you’re not from the UK, EEA or Switzerland.
