I understand the post clearly.
The person is offering a service to all Air B&B and Booking.com business people. Basically, with the professional advice given, you could hope to increase occupancy big time. I hope that is apt!

I just thought that the language used wasn't a very good advert for Rentmaster's services, especially the use of Americanised jargon.
After reading it again, this looks to me more like a potential scam than someone offering a genuine professional service.
