Looking to rent in or around PLaya Flamenca for several months next winter

Hi there,
We have recently spent a week down on the Orihuela Costa, as we are planning on coming down to spend 4 months next winter, probably from mid november to mid march and we really liked the Playa Flamenca area.
we are looking to rent a ground floor apartment or duplex, with a reasonable garden/terrace area, as we have two dogs. We are looking for a two bedroom; or would consider one bedroom if the bedroom was a good size.
We would like to be within walking distance of amenities, although not right in the thick of it.
We understand that we will need heating, and would appreciate UK TV and internet.
Any advice or info on possible places to rent would be appreciated.
