Missing escritura

Advice needed please. We are putting our apartment up for sale but can't find the escritura. We bought about 18 years ago and the solicitor who we dealt with does no longer exist. What can we do?

One can always get another copy from the Notary where it is on file permanently. Ask the notary for a second original copy (If one can remember the notary).

Thank you. Problem is we can’t remember Notary, think it was done at solicitor’s office.
