I would call in person to store you order kitchen from. I would bring any paperwork with me. I would also be firm in my stance and Demand to speak with The General manager. I would make myself heard as in speaking out loud. Do not take NO for any answer. Ask about refund policy. I would not bother with making Phone Calls. If you have a Partner or a good friend bring them along for moral support. Make it clear you want problem resolved immediately. Do not take excuse that Sale person who you dealt with is on holiday. Do not worry about que of customer behind you as that will be to your advantage. But they are normally good with resolving issues with customer. I sincerely hope you get it resolved and I hope you are in Spain 🇪🇸 as email waste of time

How do I speak to a senior manager in Ikea?
In person and in Spanish. If you don't speak Spanish take a translator with you.

Likelihood is that the small store in La Zenia will not have a General Manager on the premises, as the store is about the size of a small terraced house…
Not trying to excuse IKEA, but you may find the issue is that they contract out kitchen installions to 3rd parties. That is still IKEA responsibility but try and establish the exact issue here. Try and stay calm but be firm that you want answers!
