You can pay your council tax (IBI) online with SUMA or go to the office and set up a direct debit so it is taken out each year without you being there. Same with the rubbish collection tax and car tax (if you have one).
The non resident tax is not a local tax and has to be paid by completing a form 210 with the details of the value (rates value or catastral value found on your IBI bill) and the percentage tax depending on the date it was last valued. This is a shared tax so, if there are two of you owning the property, you will each pay half of the tax.
To start, it would be best to pay the non resident tax (or imputed tax) through an office set up to do so. I believe Spanish Tax Forms online get recommended and charge around 35 euro. You could then see how it's done and do it yourself in later years. You then pay the tax at a bank or Spanish Forms will do it for you at a slightly higher cost.
Other places, and especially solicitors, will charge a lot more and generally more than the actual tax but Spanish Tax Forms and Taxadora do it for around 35 euro.
