Full time or part time shifts available min 20 hrs per week – Shifts Include evenings and weekends.
Although commission based, a guaranteed hourly rate of €7.50 per hour is offered.
OTE full time of €20,000 per annum

Role
Sales Customer Agents play a crucial role in assisting customers with any questions or doubts they may have, whilst endeavouring to book them the appropriate transfers for their travel needs, using telephone, online chat, and email communication. Up selling extras such as airport hotels, parking and city attractions, Giving clients a 5* service at all times. With a particular emphasis on achieving consistently good positive customer reviews.
- Handling customer queries via telephone, email and online chat.
Update Customers on the progress of their query when first-contact resolution is not possible
Proactive research of competitors and product
Ensure we meet agreed customer service and sales targets
In order to qualify for this opportunity you are required to confirm the following
Candidate requirements:
· You can work from home in a dedicated area
· Can attend training days in Orihuela Ciudad
· You own a laptop /pc with Windows 10 as a minimum
· Your home internet speed is 10MBPS or above
· You have experience in contact centres’ or working from home selling to an English-speaking market.
· You can communicate in English both verbally and written
· You can work evenings and some weekends due to business open 7 days per week
