Police and NIE

Hi All
We both + 3 dogs hope all are safe and the lockdown has not had too much of an inconvenience, but safety is paramount.
Does anybody have any information regarding the police recommencing signing of NIE. I also require my S1 to be signed but all in the dark at the moment. Any useful information would be helpful.
