Took out the above policy in November 2020. Unfortunately had an accident at home, went to doctors, had to pay for an MRI scan which may now need a operation. I understand grace periods but will my policy cover me as it was an accident?
Has anyone managed to claim under these circumstances?

Everything should be detailed in the smallprinto of your poilicy and would insist in reading it (usually a anytrhing but small booklet) carefully. The insurer will always try to find a way not to pay -it's a business aiming to make money.
