Thanks for this.  Would it be possible to send us some photos inside and out and more info on facilities close by such as supermarkets etc.  It would also be helpful to have an address so we can google it and look at the satellite pictures of the area.  

Can you also please let us know the monthly rental you are looking for and the extras such as utilities, internet etc.  Finally can you confirm that you would be happy with a formal rental agreement?

You will find everything you need at San luis from doctors to hard and bus service.  You can even get a free local bus pass!

I hope that you have found somewhere that meets your requirements. We have a house and an appartment which we use for ourselves and family. I think one difficulty will be the budget you have set. That figure will be achievable in the winter but a lot of people let their properties to Spanish people in August for as much as E2,000 for the month (2 bed appartments near beach). We dont rent ours out - but neighbours do. The other challenge will be that you will need a formal rental agreement for your residencia application which some people have difficulty proviing because of the red tape involved. If your requirement is for late September onwards you might get more responses ?

Thanks Steve.  Appreciate your insight.  We are looking at rentals for €350 starting in August.  We are not fussed about being near any beaches.  So they are available but granted not too many.  We hope to secure one next week if we can get a rental agreement sorted.  Many thanks again.

We may be able to help you for end August to mid December but I will need to check what tax I hZvr to pay to give you a price. It is a 3 bed house central Torre.
