They are only 9 weeks old so not sure if they would be afraid of dogs, but sure they would soon get used to them

Kittens, whilst nervous like most young animals, aren’t likely to be afraid of the dogs in the first place. However, unless the dogs are properly trained and introduced under strong supervision, you could have injured kittens, or they may run and suffer from being chased. You will need to keep them in an enclosed area for a minimum of two weeks when they first arrive - ie a spare bedroom - until they are used to you and their new space. then they can be let out into the house carefully, but cannot go outside until they have been vaccinated.

I have raised several kittens and recently two rescued feral young cats. It’s quite hard work and they need constant care and attention until they are fully confident. Also, at that age, they need feeding small amounts several times daily, not just a couple of times as one would with an adult cat.
