MY FRIEND IS MOVING OUT TO SPAIN PERMANENTLY IN AUGUST AND HAS A PLOT OF LAND WHERE SHE WANTS TO SET UP A CATTERY RESCUING CATS.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT SHE HAS TO DO LEGALLY TO SET THIS UP.
