Hi,
Hoping somebody can help point the way to getting a habitability certificate and an energy certificate for our apartment in Torre De La Horadada which we are in the process of selling . We need these to complete the same.

Hi Steve,
You need to apply to your Town Hall (Ayuntamiento) for the Habitation certificate.
For the energy performance certificate, you need to go through a registered EPC Assessor:
