Looking for a guided meditation group in my area for my husband and I Buddhist or other doesn't matter however I would like to study Buddhism if there is a local group you.

Who doesn't have questions regarding spiritual issues. I've tried them all (relgions and sects) , and the bottom line is that all except one have two guidelines in common: a. they claim to be the only one and true, and b. they want your money. My conclusion: read Psalm 23 and try to imagine what was going around David's head when he wrote that. Then get hold of Norman Vincent Peale's "The Power of Positive Thinking" (download it from the net) it changed my life. No need to look for what is already part of you. Listen to de Andrew Sisters singing "Back In Your Own Backyard": Enjoy

No joy yet! I joined a meditation group in UK and it was so much better than meditating alone. I haven't found a group yet.
