Hi
We are now permanently living in Spain since mid July. We have our NIE numbers and Padron and are registered at the medical centre
We now need our S1 forms stamped but have had conflicting information on where to go and what documents we need to take
Can anyone help please

You need to take your S1s to your nearest INSS office, preferably filling in the application form (TA.1) beforehand. They'll give you a form to take to a medical centre who will then issue you with your SIP cards.
