Someone else has offered that too 🤣. I have to go back to UK sometime to sort it out. Its in a bodyshop at the moment. Someone decided to bump it just before I came back here in December. 

It doesn't look too bad on the pics, but because its on the A post and down the side, there's just over £3k in genuine merc parts. Door, wing and mouldings etc.

Subaru SVX ... it is the paint job - the roof and boot lid are black. So if you squint, it looks like a folding top.

It was sold new in Berlin in '94. The owner retired to Tenerife, where I bought it. The owner was 93 by then.

How many cylinders ?

The side slots hint at 12 ?

Nope. The side slots the same on all of them. Mines a straight forward 300SL-24. So a 3ltr straight 6 24v. They are more a sports cruiser than a sports car. 2 + 2 but weigh 2 tons so take a bit to get going.

The 2+2 is rare though. Well worth the repair.
