Hello everyone,
Apologies, as I know this topic has come up a lot, but can anyone recommend a legal cleaner? There are lots of cleaners, but a legally registered one is difficult to find :(
Management companies are not interested in clean only and charge an annual fee. I do not require year round management, it's a cost I would prefer not to incur.
