Pilates classes
I read on the forum about A Pilates class in Campoverde. Apparently you have to register and pay at the admin office next to the swimming baths in Pilar de la Horadada before you can attend a class. NIE or passport is required. It costs 27€ for 3 months and you can attend up to 2 classes per week. It is free for over 65s. As well as Campoverde there are also classes at the sports centre in Pilar. As I am not here that long this time, this arrangement didn’t suit me, but I have also found a very good Pilates studio in Los Alcazares. They also do yoga, aerobics and other classes. Pilates is 5€ a session but less if you book a block. Studio is called Squirrell Yoga and the web site is Squirrellyoga.com. They also have a Facebook page. I attended this morning and was very impressed. The studio is in the Las Velas building
